Only one account will be permitted per player using SAPokerOnline. The Service will be limited to players using one such, single, account. Playing poker across multiple accounts, concurrently or not, with or without the account owner’s consent, is a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Service for any person involved in such activity.
Abusive and offensive language or any other behaviour considered inappropriate by the Poker Room during the use of the platform will not be tolerated. Bad behaviour or language identified by the Poker Room, or brought to its attention, will be dealt with swiftly and may result in a suspension of account or the loss of playing privileges.
The penalty imposed will be at the sole discretion of the Poker Room. SAPokerOnline also prohibits the use of any language other than English for communication or chat on the platform. Any controversy or dispute amongst Players or between Players and the Poker Room shall be settled by the Poker Room. The Poker Room’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters. The Poker Room requires that all controversies or disputes be reported by email.
If a Player is found to be intentionally violating the spirit of the game to influence results or general gameplay, SAPokerOnline shall be entitled to immediately terminate such a User’s account and seize all chips held by the Player in any relevant SAPokerOnline account. When joining the Poker Room, the Player agrees that the Player is solely responsible for all use of the SAPokerOnline Software through the Player’s Player ID and Password.
The Player is obliged to keep the Player’s Player ID and Password secret and confidential at all times and to take all efforts to protect their secrecy and confidentiality. Any unauthorised use of the Player’s Player ID or Password shall be the sole responsibility of the Player and be deemed as for the Player’s own use. Any liability or loss of chips arising from the use of a Player’s Player ID and or Password through access to the software or otherwise shall be borne by the Player and not SAPokerOnline.
NO WARRANTIES will be given by SAPokerOnline: SAPokerOnline disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the Software, the Site and the Games, all of which are provided to the Player “AS IS”. SAPokerOnline provides the Player with no warranty or representation whatsoever regarding the Software or Games quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy. Regardless of our efforts to provide the Player with a service of the highest quality, SAPokerOnline makes no claim or warranty that the Site, the Software, the Games or the Servers will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that defects will be corrected or that the services found therein shall be free from viruses or bugs. In the event that a system failure results in an interruption of the Games, and the Game play is not available to be resumed, then chips in play at the time of the interruption will be returned to such Players as SAPokerOnline determines were unable to play following the interruption of the Games.
This policy does not extend to non-system failures, such as loss of power or internet access by the User. Without prejudice to any other rights of SAPokerOnline, SAPokerOnline may immediately and unilaterally terminate this Agreement if the Player fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein or for any other reason.
The balance of chips in any User’s account losed by SAPokerOnline due to User misconduct, fraud, or collusion may be seized and each such User shall forfeit any and all interest in that account.
